From my experience, if you're in CA it's pretty quick. Like 3-5 days usually. They ship from there, I think.

Okay, so I have both. The Silk Seam ones lay much flatter against your head, so they're less noticeable if you have thinner hair. For me, totally worth it.

Honestly, I didn't notice a HUGE difference unless I was wearing my hair up. If your hair is thick, probably not worth the extra cash.
